Shuting Zhang 张淑婷

Welcome to my website!

I hold a PhD in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School.

In 2024–25, I was a visiting scholar at the Department of Finance, McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, and in 2025 I was a short-term consultant at the World Bank Group. I have also worked in real estate investment at a Singapore-based investment firm, on underwriting, transaction modelling and the initial assessment of new opportunities.

My research interests lie in urban economics, real estate, and applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on infrastructure, land and housing markets, and sustainability.
