Shuting Zhang 张淑婷

Welcome to my website!

I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Real Estate at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, currently on the 2025–26 job market.

In 2024–25, I was a visiting scholar at the Department of Finance, McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. I am also serving as a short-term consultant at the World Bank Group.

My research interests lie in urban economics, real estate, and applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on infrastructure, land and housing markets, and sustainability.
